Message	of thing. I've never ordered anything from him personally (doesn't mean I wouldn't). His parts are of great quality, but the timeliness and customer service areas of his business need work, so it seems. I've never heard of anyone getting screwed out of their order, but I've heard people complaining about him not answering calls for a long time and their order(s) taking longer than they expected.
